Introduction
Naseerabad is named after the baloch leader Nasir Khan Noori.Previously it was
part of Kachi district.Naseerabad district had undergone many administrative
changes since its creation in 1994.It started functioning in 1995,the present
Jafferabad district was also a part of it.Naseerabad district comprises two sub
divisions namely Dera Murad Jamali and Chattar
Location
District Naseerabad lies between 29?
16' and 30? 05' north latitudes and between 68? 08' and
69? 36' east longitudes.
Boundary
It is bounded on the north by Bolan district, on
the east by Dera Bughti and Jafferabad districts, on
the South by Jafferabad district and on the west by Jhal
Magsi District.
Area
The total area of district Turbat is 3387 square
kilometers.
